For our clients at an Assisted Living, Hospital, or Hospice facility, all signers must be fully coherent and not medicated, or notarization services cannot be performed and any fees are non-refundable.

A Georgia Notary Public is authorized to administer a verbal oath or affirmation, which is a formal, spoken pledge to truthfulness. This service involves the individual appearing before the notary, confirming their identity, and then making a solemn declaration. The notary ensures the individual understands and affirms the seriousness of their statement, which is made under penalty of perjury. This service may be a standalone act or a step in the notarization of documents like affidavits.
