Price for each Notarial Act. This price is the maximum allowed by Georgia Law.
Pricing for travel depends on distance from Coweta County. Additional fees are charged for after hour call outs, holidays, or other special circumstances.
Travel outside of the listed geographic area will be considered for an agreed upon fee.
These prices are in addition to Travel Fees
For callouts before 8:00 am and after 7:00 pm.
For callouts on recognized Federal Holidays
For callouts on Saturday or Sunday
Assisted Living, Hospitals, or Hospice Appointments: $25 Appointment Fee and an additional $25 per hour after the first hour.
Other services that we offer. Does not include travel or callout fees, unless otherwise specified.
Willing to provide services on contract basis with a mutually agreed upon fee.
If witnesses are required, the client must provide them, and they must meet the standards of the State of Georgia and have a valid identification.
Price per employee. Document cannot be notarized. The Notary Public will act as an authorized representative to verify identifications only.
Notary will act as a witness for document signings. No notary services are provided. Cost includes travel fee within Coweta County. For witness services outside of Coweta County, see Travel Fees for pricing.
